Our Transformation: Mind and Body
Through daily exercise, including cardio and strength training and eating a well balanced, portion controlled diet, we changed our bodies and minds. Our transformation occurred over an 8-month time period but will last a lifetime.
Between the two of us we lost over 170 lbs. We were juicy to say the least! Sarah lost 85 lb. going from a size 14-16 to 2-4 and Leonard (from his heaviest) lost 85 lb., reducing his waist size from 44″ to a 31″. Read Sarah’s Story | Read Leonard’s Story
