Our Exercise Routine

We LOVE Working Out…Sarah and Leonard Working Out
…and pushing ourselves. Our exercise routines by design are varied, challenging, and incorporate cardio and strength conditioning.  You can see exactly what our daily workouts are at pushpointe.com.  Both of us work full time and spend about 9 hours a week (6 days) working out.  Sundays are days we completely rest and prepare for the upcoming week.

Our cardio consists of intense cycle (spinning), running and sometimes both.  Our strength conditioning is similar is varied, mixing traditional and functional strength training. We lift heavy/traditional once a week.
